Mock Exam B 2023

Here are the bar charts for the second mock exam.

As in the January Mock, some of the children are doing very well. Others have found things that need at bit of attention, but we have time to fix problems. Some things, like long division of money, take months to get consistently correct. That is OK: we still have months before the real 11+.

Some children still need practice at following instructions (e.g. writing their name), but this is a safe environment to make these mistakes. In September the children who were awarded 0% will nod to each other sagely "I too was awarded nought" as they take other children under their wing and reassure them. It is all part of growing up.
